  During the pandemic, our CEO and Founder, Al Haghayegh, set out to repower his personal 1988 Tiara. Frustrated with the lack of resources and information, Al took matters into his own hands and engineered the system himself, this led to the founding of E-Force Marine.

  Al, a lifelong boater and seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience, is also the founder of GlowbackLED, a successful manufacturing company. His children, Arman and Roxana, are also involved in the business, contributing to its success.

  E-Force Marine engineers cutting-edge 2-year tested electric components and drive systems, empowering boat manufacturers and enthusiasts alike. From custom propulsion to groundbreaking electric boats, E-Force Marine is shaping the future of boating.
